The bill (Reg. No. 3037) suggests amend article 224 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding introduction of video recording of interrogation and mandatory storing of data. Video materials shall serve as a supplement to the transcript of interrogation, including full name of persons that provided technical support.
In view of the fact that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is the only legislative body in Ukraine, introduction of amendments to the existing legislation suggested by the bill, comply with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.
